If you did not set up a login please contact IDENTIGENE Support at

your samples are received.

Q: I set up a user name and password when I ordered, but my login isn't working.
Your results login will not work until your samples are received. Please remember to allow 5-7 days for samples to reach IDENTIGENE when using the enclosed postage paid envelope. To calculate the arrival date of your samples (if mailed within the U.S.), please choose a date below.

If you need to set up a login for an order, contact IDENTIGENE customer service by phone at: 1-888-404-4363 for assistance in adding an online results login to your account. If you cannot remember your password, an IDENTIGENE customer service rep can help you create a new one.

Haven’t Taken the DNA Test Yet?
If you need Paternity Test results fast, then an Identigene home DNA paternity test is the solution you’re looking for. You can buy a test kit at your local CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Meijer, Fruth or Kmart Pharmacy. The DNA test is easy to administer. After taking the test, simply mail the samples to our testing lab. We will have your DNA test results ready within 2 business days after receiving your samples.
