If you did not set up a login please contact IDENTIGENE Support at
1-888-404-GENE (888-404-4363). Your login will not work until
your samples are received.

Q: I set up a user name and password when I ordered, but my login isn't working.
Your results login will not work until your samples are received. Please remember to allow 5-7 days for samples to reach IDENTIGENE when using the enclosed postage paid envelope. To calculate the arrival date of your samples (if mailed within the U.S.), please choose a date below.

Haven’t Taken the DNA Test Yet?
If you need Paternity Test results fast, then an Identigene home DNA paternity test is the solution you’re looking for. You can buy a test kit at your local CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Meijer, Fruth or Kmart Pharmacy. The DNA test is easy to administer. After taking the test, simply mail the samples to our testing lab. We will have your DNA test results ready within 2 business days after receiving your samples.
