New Texas Child Support Law
New Texas law allows men who are paying child support but who are not the biological father to file a complaint, regardless of when payments began. If DNA paternity testing shows you are not the father, you may be able to end child support payments.
Complaints must be filed by September 1, 2012. Seek legal guidance to understand your next steps.
