combined paternity index
Definition:
In paternity testing, the combined paternity index (CPI or combined parentage index) is the product of all paternity indexes (the total of all paternity indexes multiplied together). For a DNA paternity test, the combined paternity index must be greater than 100 to identify the alleged father as the biological father of a child.
