Although the IDENTIGENE Paternity Test kit is not intended for legal purposes, consumers who wish to court admissible paternity test results may contact IDENTIGENE customer service to schedule a witnessed collection for a legal paternity test.

Suggested retail price for an IDENTIGENE DNA Paternity Test Collection Kit is $29.99. The cvs.com price is the same, plus shipping. The laboratory and processing fee for the personal test is $129. The laboratory and processing fee for a legal paternity test is $319.
