  • The IDENTIGENE Paternity Test Kit is now offered in New York State. Because New York state law requires a doctor's prescription or court order to initiate a DNA paternity test a special legal paternity test kit is available to New York residents.

  • Although the IDENTIGENE Paternity Test kit is not intended for legal purposes, consumers who wish to court admissible paternity test results may contact IDENTIGENE customer service to schedule a witnessed collection for a legal paternity test.

  • IDENTIGENE's laboratory routinely provides test results with probabilities of paternity greater than 99.99 percent. A pioneer in DNA family relationship testing since 1993, IDENTIGENE is accredited by AABB and certified by the New York State Department of Health for paternity testing.
