- Q. Can the test detect diseases, ancestry or other genetic information?
- A. No, the DNA markers (loci) we use for paternity testing are not informative for genetic defects, medical conditions, eye color, hair color, ancestry, etc. They are used solely for paternity testing and relationship testing.
