- Q. What if the father and mother are in a different states?
- A. For home paternity tests, you have several options:
1. You can send the kit, with your collected samples to the person who lives in another state so they can collect their samples and send them all to Identigene.
2. They can purchase the kit, collect their samples, and send them to you so you can send them all at the same time.
If you prefer to send the samples in separately, please call us at 888-404-4363 to prepay for testing. We will give you a case number to write on the specimen envelopes. We'll make sure that all the samples are linked to the same case as we receive them.
A paternity test for legal purposes, such as child support or immigration, requires a witnessed collection. Call us at 888-404-4363 and we'll arrange the collection appointments for each person in the test.
